As Product Design Lead, I drove a zero-to-one build using a dual-track delivery (design × POCs) with engineering. I defined the UX strategy, mapped the service blueprint, and shipped interaction patterns and a lightweight design system that developers could implement immediately. By running rapid feasibility spikes alongside user validation, we cut risk early, tightened hand-off, and kept decision cycles to days.
