Reimagining FieldOps: An offline first experience

Overview
Field Squared wanted our help to re-imagine its mobile experience and get to value fast, so field ops could move beyond manual dispatching and fragmented tools while riding the BYOD wave
As Product Design Lead, I drove a rapid relaunch using a design-sprint–led, dual-track approach with engineering. We produced a 300-screen prototype in four weeks, completed a tech evaluation + new architecture in four weeks, and shipped sandbox builds every two weeks.
The reimagined mobile app fueled new customer wins, and, post-launch, Field Squared secured a U.S. Government contract on the strength of the new capabilities.
